Physical Therapy Continues to Make Great Strides, Thanks to the
Lake Taylor Auxiliary
Anyone who has gone through physical therapy knows just
how difficult the process can be. Now, Lake Taylor makes the process
a little easier with a state-of-the-art system called LiteGait.
LiteGait provides a safe, fall-free environment for patients to
move from a seated position to a proper upright position with ease
and confidence. Lake Taylor is also proud to offer the GaitKeeper
Treadmill, which works in conjunction with LiteGait to provide patients
with a safe and easy platform for gait therapy.
Lake Taylor is one of the only hospitals in the area to offer this
equipment to their physical therapy patients. The $15,000 LiteGait
system was made possible thanks to the Auxiliary of Lake Taylor
Transitional Care Hospital.
